Resistance to what?

ListeningOK. Resistance to change used to be an issue at the Rysseldene Surgery in North Wales. It’s now gone with the wind, right out the window, as the Equalizer recently found out…

There was zero resistance to change as Digi was rolled out within the Rysseldene Surgery. “Resistance to what?” Practice Manager Diane Lewis asked the Equalizer and went on to comment: “Secretaries love having their list of dictations to transcribe with clear priorities and length. Same thing for doctors with their list of referrals and the fact that the system takes them directly into the patient’s note. Even locums get the motion without any training. So yes, I still can’t believe my own eyes but resistance to change seems to vanish near and around Digi.”
Resistance-to-change theory? Gone with the wind and blowing in a place that’s never heard of Digi.
Cheers from North Wales,
The Equalizer
